No More Embarrassing Gaffes - Use Outlook to Proofread Your Work


Just about everyone has sent out an important email - only to discover later that it was filled with misspellings and grammatical errors. Fortunately Microsoft Outlook 2003 has provided an easy way to avoid such embarrassment. Did you know you can customize the program to proofread your email before it leaves your outbox? It is easy to do - just follow these simple steps.
1) Begin by clicking on the Tools menu and choosing Options from the drop-down menu
2) A dialog box will appear. Click on the Spelling tab.
3) Check the "Always check spelling before sending" check box
4) Click OK to close the open dialog box
After this simple change has been made Outlook 2003 will automatically check the spelling on any email you send, saving you from the potential embarrassment of a misspelling or other error. With this option enabled you will never have to worry about sending out an error-riddled email again.
