Show Some Style - Change the Outlook 2003 Default Font

Did you know that you don't have to simply accept the default font Microsoft chooses for your emails? If your favorite font is something other than Times New Roman you're in luck. It is easier than you think to change to a more attractive and more stylish font.

Only a few simple steps are needed to substitute your favorite font for the ubiquitous Times New Roman. To get started just open Outlook 2003 and follow these simple steps:
1) Start by clicking the Tools menu and choosing Options from the drop-down menu
2) When the Options dialog box opens click on the Mail Format tab then click the Fonts button
3) Next choose the Choose Font button. This is where you can change the default fonts for composing a new message and responding to received messages.
4) Simply choose the font you want and customize the size, style, effects colors and other features
5) Click OK to close the dialog box and you are done
